At AHLEM, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our eyewear and offer a seamless return process for items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags, protective films, and original packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the eyewear in its original case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories like microfiber cloths and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid DHL or UPS shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the return status until it reaches our studio.
